For every kind of business. Built for you, run with you.
Put AI to work in your business, starting with the problem that costs you most.
Apps, websites, internal tools and AI systems, built from scratch around how your business actually works, from startup to corporation. We find the bottleneck and build what clears it, then run it with you: work arrives drafted, you release it, everything is recorded.
Under every build sits one operating engine, and it is ours. The first company on it is our own, Marrow Fitness.

01A Tuesday, once it is running
What a Tuesday looks like once it is running.
This is what your business looks like once we have built and connected it. You open the laptop. One list is waiting, and it is called the Queue. Four things are drafted: a reply that needed writing, a schedule that needed moving, a report you would have rebuilt by hand, a follow up you would have forgotten. Nobody stayed late to make them.
You read them. Three are right and you say yes. One is not, so you change a line and say yes to that. The four that go out pass the Gate, which is the moment your name attaches to them. Each one lands in the Record, which holds what went out, who released it, and when. That record is added to and never rewritten. If something is undone later, that is added to the record too, never erased from it.
The rest of the day is the work you actually wanted to do. Not because anything ran without you, but because the carrying is done and the deciding is the only part left. Most businesses are not short on effort. They are short one piece, and that is the piece we build.
02What AI changes
What AI takes off your plate, and what it unblocks.
Most businesses do not need more effort. They need the repetitive work carried, the scattered information joined up, and the decisions put in front of the right person at the right time. That is what AI is good at when it is built into the business properly, and it is exactly where most businesses get stuck.
What it gives you
- Less carrying. Replies, reports, schedules and follow ups arrive drafted, waiting for you to release them.
- Faster answers. The reply to a lead or a customer question is already drafted when someone is free to send it.
- One queue across the tools we connect. Work stops falling through the gaps between them.
- Decisions made on your own numbers. Customers drifting away, slow weeks and leaking revenue surfaced early.
- More capacity without a new hire for every new task.
- The same standard every time, checked by a person before it goes out.
- What gets released is written to the record, so the history stays when a person leaves.
The bottlenecks it clears
- The owner or founder who has to touch every decision.
- Copying the same information from one tool into another by hand.
- Reports rebuilt from scratch every week or every month.
- Knowledge that walks out of the door when someone leaves.
- AI projects that never make it past the trial stage.
03By stage
Every stage of business has its own bottleneck.
A startup and a corporation do not have the same problem, so they should not be sold the same answer. This is what we see at each stage, and what we build to fix it.
Startups
Speed with too few hands.
- Runway burning on work that software should be doing
- Founders stuck as the bottleneck on every decision
- No time to build internal tools while building the product
- Investors asking for numbers nobody has time to pull
- A small team that needs to operate like a much bigger one
What we build: the first product, the app and website, and the automation that lets a small team carry a big workload.
Small businesses
Everything runs through one person.
- The owner doing every job, including the ones nobody else will
- Leads going cold because the reply came too late
- Tools that do not talk to each other
- Hiring that is expensive, slow and hard to get right
- Marketing that happens when there is time, which is rarely
- Admin eating the evenings
What we build: your own branded app and website, an inbox and front desk that arrive drafted, and follow ups that never get forgotten.
Medium sized companies
What worked at twenty people breaks at two hundred.
- Growth that has outrun the processes behind it
- Data scattered across departments and spreadsheets
- Reporting assembled by hand before every meeting
- New staff taking months to get up to speed
- Critical knowledge held by a few key people
- Older tools that were never built to connect
What we build: internal tools, integrations between the systems you already run, one queue across teams, and reports that assemble themselves.
Corporations
The hard part is not the AI. It is getting it approved and trusted.
- Legacy systems that cannot simply be ripped out
- Compliance and audit requirements on every action
- Approval chains that slow everything down
- Staff already using AI tools with nobody overseeing them
What we build: AI inside the systems you already have, with a named approver on every release and a record that is added to and never rewritten.
04Who we build for
We work with every kind of business.
We do not specialise by industry, and we turn no industry away. We specialise in the work that falls between your tools and your people. If work is falling between your tools and your people are carrying it by hand, that is the problem we solve. These are some of the businesses with the most repetitive work to hand over right now, and what we would look at first.
Gyms, studios and coaches
Bookings, member retention, follow ups and the branded app members use every day.
Clinics and dental practices
Booking gaps, review replies and the admin that piles up around the front desk. Anything that touches patient records is scoped against your own compliance duties, in writing, before any build.
Law, accounting and professional services
Client intake, document drafts, billing follow up and deadline tracking.
Real estate
Lead follow up, listing copy and showing schedules across a busy pipeline.
Home services and trades
Quotes, job scheduling, review replies and the messages that pile up while you are on a job.
Restaurants and hospitality
Reservations, review replies, staff schedules and the numbers behind a slow week.
Retail and online stores
Product copy, customer questions, stock reports and campaigns.
Agencies and consultancies
Client reporting, proposals, status updates and the handoffs between them.
Startups and software companies
First products, internal tools, customer support and investor reporting.
Not on the list? It does not need to be. Tell us what is slowing your business down and we will tell you, honestly, whether we can fix it.
05What you get
Whatever your business needs built, we scope it and build it.
We build the software for your business from a blank page, around the work your people actually do. A customer app, a website, a client portal, an internal tool, an integration between systems that were never meant to talk, or an AI system that takes a whole category of work off your team. It carries your name, your look and your web address. Timing is set in writing once we have seen your systems, never guessed on a first call.
Two engagements are underway. The first is being delivered now. Neither has reached proven go live, and neither is described here, because a client's business is theirs to talk about and not ours.
06What it runs
One operating layer, under everything we build for you.
Every build is its own software, in your name. Under all of them sits one operating engine, and it is the part you cannot buy off a shelf. It works every lane below, reads across all of them at once, and brings you one queue instead of a separate login for every tool. The value is in the joining up, and the engine is where the joining happens.
The engine and the six lanes it works
the engine
One engine underneath. One queue, one gate, one record.
01Money
- Revenue, trend and commerce health, read on demand
- Price changes and refunds staged, charging nobody until you activate them
02Customers
- Customers at risk of leaving, ranked before they go
- Engagement and activity across your customers
- Progress across your clients and programs
03Scheduling
- Bookings and availability read across your calendars
- Gaps in the schedule found before you notice them
- Quiet windows surfaced, so you know where to push
- Slot holds, releases and appointment moves staged for you
04Inbox and leads
- Conversations from your inbox drafted into replies
- Pipeline hygiene, with the leads going cold flagged
- Notes, replies and follow up tasks drafted
05The record
- Reports written and saved where you can find them
- A change log of every action, added to and never rewritten
06Reach
- Posts drafted for your social accounts
- Comments and replies drafted for Facebook
- Google Business reviews read, and replies queued
- Email broadcasts drafted, with your list and tags
- Video descriptions drafted
- Your website copy and layout, edited in place
- 01drafted
- 02queued
- 03held at the gate
- 04released, by a named approver
- 05written to the record
Everything above arrives prepared and waiting. Nothing on this list reaches a customer, moves money, or changes a price until a person you name says so. One exception, named rather than left for you to discover: edits to your website copy and layout are made in place, so on a site that is already published they are live the moment they are made.
07What you control
Why you can hand it real work.
-
The publish button stays yours.
It works ahead of you and holds everything it makes, ready. A person you name releases each piece, so nothing reaches your audience that you did not choose.
-
You decide what goes out, and when.
It prepares, drafts and queues each time it runs. The sending stays yours alone. There is no mode where it sends by itself, and we do not offer one.
-
Your money is never in its hands.
It holds no card and no payment power of any kind. It carries the work right up to the moment money would move, and a person with the authority takes it from there.
-
Every word arrives ready for you to change.
Each piece is drafted for a person to read, edit and release. Nothing it writes reaches an audience until your named approver has said yes to that exact piece.
-
Your clients reach it as numbers, not names.
It reads what happened, sessions kept, sessions missed, check ins answered, and every client reaches it as a pointer rather than a person. Names, files, and contact details are switched off on every account, and only you can switch them on, from inside your own dashboard.
-
What it learns from you is yours alone.
Your instance keeps its own learning, and that learning is never used to improve anyone else's system.
We run our own business on it. These refusals are not settings someone could switch off. Nothing here sends and nothing here spends, because those parts were never built at all, and the one thing that can be published, a business owner's own web page, only goes live after the system has read the page back to them and they have said yes. The first business running on this system is Marrow Fitness, a company Edwin Grant owns, so if it ever misbehaved, we would be the first ones it hurt.
The whole model, in one line
Nothing leaves
without your name on it
08Ownership
Everything the work touches stays yours.
When we leave, your accounts, your logins, your content and your records stay with you, and you keep your own instance with a license to keep running it for your own business. One honest exception, said here rather than found later. The stored copy of a connected login is encrypted with a key we hold, so on the day you leave that one thing needs us to hand it over. We keep the engine we built. You keep everything else.
Which systems sit where, precisely, because the honest answer has two halves. Your Google, your Meta and your database are connected as your own accounts, and they stay that way. Social posting is the exception: it runs through a posting vendor we hold the relationship with, under a profile that is yours inside our account. We would rather name that than let you assume otherwise and find it later.
The stored copy of every login lives in your own database, not ours, and your record of releases is kept in your own systems, readable by you, and added to rather than rewritten. Two details about custody we would rather tell you than have you find. While you are connecting an account, the credential passes through our systems and waits there for up to fifteen minutes, until you have told us which business it belongs to. And the stored copy is encrypted with a key we hold, so the box sits in your building and we hold the key.
The client owns
- Its instance
- Its configuration
- Its generated content
- Its analytics
- Its accounts and credentials
- Its audit trail records
Marrow Technologies owns
- The engine
- Its codebase and architecture
- The orchestration layer
- The approval gate design
09Contact
Book a call about your business.
The first conversation costs nothing and it is not a pitch. We look at what you run, we find where the work is leaking between your tools, and we tell you what it is costing you to carry it by hand. You leave with that read and a fixed quote, put in writing after the call, whether you hire us or not.
Every published figure is already on this site, and a build that fits none of them is quoted in writing, so there is nothing to prise out of us. If this is not for you we will say so on the call, because a client we talked into it is a client who leaves.
Marrow Technologies is built and run by Edwin Grant, and you will be talking to him. His name is on this page for the same reason the product makes you name a person before anything ships. Somebody has to stand behind it.
